Strut for Sandy Fashion Show

What are your plans for Thursday night, July 11th?

       We invite you to join us in showing our love and support for LBI at Strut for Sandy, a fashion show that is being organized by Tula Boutique. All proceeds from the fashion show will go towards the LBI Love Foundation and Jetty Rock Foundation. We will also have a booth set up at the show with some of our latest jewelry trends for you to check out and purchase to support LBI. Joe Piscopo (from Saturday Night Live) will be there to show his support. Tula has also asked Ray Ramono, Governor Christie, and Mayor Mancini to come. B98.5 will also be there broadcasting and playing fun music for the night. Drinks and Food will be available as well. 

Don't worry about the boys!!
The Flowhouse will also be open to "Surf for Sandy" all night as well!

Kids Kamp & Tween Classes

Hey Everyone! If you haven't checked out our new website yet, now is a great time to do so! Head on over to Workshops and Parties and take a look at our Kids Kamp and Tween Classes.  Our Kips Kamp is held Monday - Friday at 9:30 am in Surf City and Beach Haven and at 10 am in Stone Harbor. The Tween Classes are held at 6 pm for ages 9-12. You can see our schedule and pictures of each class we are teaching as well at justbeadit.net. Bring a sibling, friend, or come and make some new friends with us here at Just Bead It.

Can't make it to a class? No worries at all. We are open daily at 10 am and you can come in at anytime to make some fun and funky jewelry with the help of our amazing staff. We have plenty of fun things to create for everyone of all ages.

Lastly, don't forget about our awesome Hair Wraps. They're a timeless summer trend you do not want to miss out on. Making an appointment guarantees that we will have staff available and ready to do a Hair Wrap but walk ins are welcome as well.

 And if you don't have time to get a Hair Wrap we have clip in Hair Tails to go!

North Beach Haven (purple) store is now OPEN!

Hey everyone!  It's been a while we've posted but we have a legit explanation for that...

But first and foremost, we would like to say THANK YOU to those who have helped us rebuild the store and had supported us.  Everyone on Long Beach Island and the rest of the Jersey Shore has had a rough couple months and having everyone's support made this process a little less daunting.  So please continue to help local businesses by coming down to the shore!

...Now back to JBI!  :)

We have been working very hard to open up our North Beach Haven (Purple) store before the summer and guess what?  WE'RE OPEN!  Memorial Day weekend was our first official store opening and we could not have been more thrilled!  We changed our layout and are still working on a few things but we have everything out for your beading needs!

So if you're in the Long Beach Island area, stop on by and check out our new store layout!

New Floors, New Workshops, New Just Bead It!

March feels like it's going to be a good month! New floors in our North Beach Haven store are being installed this week and our creative, artistic JBI designers are working on New Workshops for this summer along with $10 classes that we will be offering daily every few hours! We are also designing new Sterling "LBI Strong" jewelry along with new unique summer jewelry. Many new changes that we are looking forward to sharing with all our fellow JBI fans!

North Beach Haven

Construction is coming along at our North Beach Haven store!  The sheet rock is up and we will begin to put down the floors hopefully by next week!  Before you know it, our beloved purple store will be open and better than ever!  Not fire nor flood can bring us down.

New Year, New Beginnings & Sandy Benefit

Why, hello fellow beaders!  We hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season! 

This Saturday, January 12, 2012 from 4pm - 2am, please join the Ship Bottom Fire Company at the Surf City Fire House for the Sandy Blows LBI Hurricane Benefit.  As you all know, LBI was hit during hurricane Sandy and our Ship Bottom Fire Company lost 3 firetrucks and their firehouse was completely flooded out during the storm.  Suggested donation of $10.00 per person is appreciated with all proceeds going to the Ship Bottom Fire Co to help LBI businesses and families affected by Hurricane Sandy.  For more information on the event, please go to: My LBI Life: Sandy Blows.
